As you may know there was no November meeting. Zoe and myself have had a beautiful and noisy baby boy and have had some time off trying to get him to be quiet.

Now we're happy to say we have booked the usual venue, the function room at The Queens Head, Titchfield for Thursday December 15th at 8pm. We are looking into arranging a small Christmas buffet so will update this page with info once it is finalised. Entrance will be either £3 or possibly £5 depending on if the buffet happens or not.

We will be showing a dvd lecture aswell as discussing ufos and the paranormal with each other and hope to see you there. All are welcome. (Zoes staying home with the baby)

Thanks to everyone who came to the meeting last Thursday, it was a really good one. For anyone who couldnt make it, we recommend watching Stan Romanek's 2010 UFO Congress lecture 'Messages'. It is very good!

Just want to mention that there have been a few additions to the Reports section of the website recently so dont forget to check it out.

We are planning to have Feb's meeting on Thursday 24th at 8pm at the usual place The Queens Head in Titchfield. We hope you all can come. We ask for £3 admission to help with hire costs.

It should be another interesting and enjoyable evening and there will be time for chat and discussion aswell as a short documentary. Currently we would like to show Mary Rodwell's documentary 'My mum talks to aliens' where Australian ufologist and founder of ACERN (an organisation specialising in helping abduction victims) takes her son around Australia presenting evidence to convince him of alien existence. The runtime is approx 56 mins giving us plenty of time to discuss the documentary aswell as anything else on the ufo subject.

Sorry for the lack of updates on the website. We are still up and running and active. As you may know me and Zoe have got married since the last update so we haven't been able to keep on top of the website like we would have liked. Now that the novelty of being married has worn off it is back to business as usual :)

Hi all

We have booked the fuction room upstairs at The Queens Head, Titchfield for Thursday August 19th at 8pm. We ask for the usual £3 entrance to help with costs. The plan for the evening is... a dvd of some sort! Plus chatting and discussing various ufo related topics.

The current likely contender for the evenings dvd is Jaimme Maussan's 2010 UFO Congress presentation but it is subject to last minute changes on the evening.

As a last note, last months sky watch on Portsdown Hill had to be cancelled unfortunately so if you're wondering where the write up on that is then there isnt one but a future skywatch will be planned soon so please get in touch if you are interested in coming along.

Skywatch/Ghost hunt this Saturday July 17th 2010

Sorry for the very short notice but we've only just had confirmation. Dark Encounters (http://www.darkencounters.co.uk) are having a ghost hunt night at Fort Widley on Portsdown Hill, Portsmouth this Saturday between 8pm and 2am and we've been invited to join them. We sky watch above ground while they ghost hunt below ground. Of course anyone is free to join their investigations instead of ours if they choose. Hello. As you may know we were just on the radio! Wave 105's paranormal hour. Id just like to say that when i mentioned balloons i didnt mean that the ufo sighting that was being talked about was balloons, just that balloons can account for some sightings. The sighting being mentioned at the time sounded very interesting though so Id be very interested in hearing more, descriptions of the objects etc. So i apologise if I sounded a bit skeptical its just that it came out wrong :)

First of all thanks to everyone who came to the last meeting and thank you to Steve Gerrard for kindly giving us the talk and fascinating video footage.

A big thank you to everyone that came to the 1st meeting it was really nice to meet you all. We're looking into possible venues now for next month and will update once we've got something. Hello and welcome

First of all a quick announcement. Hello and welcome. Myself - Ian and my partner Zoe are setting up a UFO research group in the Fareham, Hampshire area. Now that the website is up and running our next step is to arrange a venue and schedule a meeting where hopefully people will come and chat and share stories etc. We will announce details of this shortly followed by as much publicity as possible so that everyone who is interested knows when and where it will happen.

We also want to put the word out so people can contact us via the website or sign up to the forum which we hope will become a lively and friendly community.

Going forward we aim to hold monthly meetings, dvd nights, lectures, sky watches, that sort of thing so if you are interested please sign up for the forum and keep your eyes peeled for updates regarding meetings.

We would also like to hear from anyone who wishes to report a ufo sighting in the Hampshire area. We aim to publish reports on the website (only with individuals consent and respect of privacy) and will follow up and investigate all reports thoroughly and professionally. Please email us at contact@fuforg.com or click on the Contact button if you wish to report a sighting.
